Registering with sugarhouse research ensures that you receive e mails containing information on new market research groups that come in. You may not fit the criteria for that particular group, but everyone knows someone and our e-mails can easily be forwarded on to them.

When you respond to a sugarhouse e-mail, your answers are assessed and if you fit stage one of the criteria, we will call you within 24 hours to go over a short questionnaire. These further few important questions determine whether you are right for that particular group and if you are, we send you an invitation to the market research group. This clearly sets out the address of where you are going, the times, how much you will receive and any specifics you need to know.

Once the group starts, just relax, have fun and remember, your thought process, views and opinions are paramount to that company's success.
They want to understand their consumers' needs and who better to ask than yourself, a very important voice. The main purpose of the group is to gather your opinions; it is not done for sales or promotional purposes.

Sometimes the groups are videotaped, but don't worry, you will not be seeing yourself on 'You Tube', this is only done for recording points that have been made during the group discussion. There can be up to 10 people in a market research group and the moderator has to remember what has been said so that he/she can give a precise and informative report to their client.
